Q: Does delivery have transit insurance?
Yes, all deliveries come with free transit insurance. If there’s damage, we will send a replacement straight away and we will claim the insurance ourselves. Your replacement item also covered with transit insurance.

Q: Can the item be picked up?
Yes, you can pick up your item at our Wetherill Park NSW warehouse. Our warehouse guys can help you load into your vehicle.

Q: Do I have to be at home for delivery?
No, upon your request we can request the driver to leave it at the front door or anywhere that is safe around the house.

Q: How is the furniture delivered?
The furniture is delivered by one man driver only, please have someone to help the driver unloading. If you are unable to help the driver,please contact us so we can arrange a special delivery.

Q: Can I change my mind or exchange?
Yes, as all purchases come with 100% satisfaction guarantee for your peace of mind.

Q: How do I calculate delivery cost?
On the product page, enter your postcode then click on the “Calculate”

Q: How is the quality of our furniture?
We offer one of the best quality furniture on the market. The quality is the same or better than what you’ll get at the high end retail shop but at a fraction of the cost.

Q: Where is the item dispatched from?
All items are dispatched from our two warehouses in Wetherill Park NSW or Mount Druitt NSW.

Q: How come I didn't receive my email order confirmation?
Please make sure that you provide us with correct email address (as with some cases our customer mistyped it). Also in some cases, it goes into the Spam box, so please check it there first. Otherwise please contact us.

Q: The item is dispatched 1-2 days, does it mean I will get it within 1-2 days?
No, it means that we will have your item onto the truck within 1-2 days. Although we do our best to have it onto the truck fast, it is up to the courier companies to deliver according to their estimated scheduled time. We deliver anywhere within Australia and some states may take longer than others.

Q: How is the postage weight calculated?
The delivery cost is based on the weight of the box or the cubic weight of the box, which ever is greater. This is the calculation charged by our courier companies. The cubic weight is the volume size of the box, e.g. a wicker outdoor furniture is pretty light in weight but it takes about half the truck space, hence the volume weight is used.

Q: Can I specify a delivery date for my delivery?
Sydney Metro Areas: We will request the courier company to contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. We can deliver on Monday to Saturday.

Other States: We will request the courier company to contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. Please note interstate courier company only delivers Monday to Friday.

Q: Can I delay my order delivery time?
Yes you can place an order now and we can hold the stock up to 3 months. To arrange this you can call us on 1300 800 730 or place the order online as per normal then put a delivery note during checkout.
