#2 Packaging and Shipping

Please make sure to package the item securely as the courier company will not pick up freight without proper packaging. Our team will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your convenience

#3 Refund

Once we received the returned item, you will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the returned item.

 

Conditions of Guarantee

The item must be returned within 14 days
from the date of delivery.

The item must be in carton box, as courier company
will not pick up without packaging

Refunds are limited to the purchase price of the item and do not
include any shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.

Free Returns

We offer unconditional 100% money back guarantee on all purchases within 14 days. You will receive the full refund of your item excluding your delivery cost back to you. We will pay for the return freight, so it is risk free when shopping with us.

Exchange

We will pay for the return shipping and customer will only need to pay for redelivery cost when you exchange your product. Product must be in the same new condition and undamaged.

Warranty & Insurance

We offer free transit insurance on lost or damaged item during delivery and your replacement item be it part or whole will be dispatched within 48 hours after confirmation of lost or damage.

Wicker Furniture Direct Warranty is offered in addition to the guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We offer 3 years structural warranty, 1 year wicker warranty & 1 year cushion and cover warranty where products are used in domestic environment. Products used in commercial environment are covered by 3 months warranty only. This warranty covers defects in manufacture and materials, but specifically excludes:

(a) Damage caused to the product due to abuse or lack of proper maintenance

(b) Softening or flattening of the cushions can occur over time, this is considered as normal wear and tear
